Therapy sessions are held with both partners and in a supportive space to discuss issues and solutions to strengthen your relationship or repair it from infidelity, financial conflicts or other detrimental issues. Everything from how a baby attaches with their primary caregiver(s) to understanding the developing brain of a teenager, to blending families; we can provide knowledge and strategies to help with parenting.
Addictions
It does not matter what the addiction is, drugs, alcohol or gambling, we provide treatment based on the stages of change from a harm reduction approach or abstinence.
Children's Therapy
Children sometimes need a space to talk about how they are experiencing the world that is separate from their primary care givers. We incorporate play, arts and crafts in the sessions. Caregivers may be included, or provided supportive sessions.
